  • Peel off the skin and any white pith, which can make the juice bitter.
  • Cut the oranges in half or quarters so they fit in your juicer.

4. Apple Cider Delight

Apple Cider Delight is a refreshing drink with fresh apple cider as its main ingredient.

It's similar to Drink Juice Co.'s Apple Cider juice.

Ingredients

  • 6-8 medium apples.
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger (optional, for a hint of spice)
  • 1 lemon (optional, for brightness)
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey (optional, for sweetness)

Process

  • Wash the apples well to remove any dirt or wax.
  • If you are using ginger, peel it.
  • If you use lemon, peel it to avoid the bitterness from the pith.

  • Start by putting the apple quarters into the cold pressed juicer.
  • If you are using ginger, alternate adding it with the apples to help extract the juice better.
  • If you are using lemon, add it at the end of the juicing process to give the juice a bright flavor.

  • Fill a glass with the juice.

  • Apples are high in antioxidants and fiber, which help keep your heart healthy and improve digestion.
